Job Description

A leading autonomous mobility and technology company is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join its high-performing Talent Acquisition team.

In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of technical roles, including positions in artificial intelligence, software engineering, and related fields. You will partner closely with hiring managers and take full ownership of the recruiting lifecycle—from intake to offer acceptance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage the full-cycle recruiting process (intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer stage)
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
  • Proactively source and engage top technical talent using LinkedIn and alternative sourcing channels
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit
  • Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with stakeholders and leadership
  • Drive hiring decisions through structured feedback and effective communication
  • Manage and negotiate offers in partnership with HR and leadership teams
  • Continuously improve recruiting processes and enhance the candidate experience

Daily Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring teams to support hiring goals across engineering and technical departments
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard-to-fill technical roles
  • Track candidate progress and maintain accurate data in the ATS
  • Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on hiring progress
  • Ensure a seamless and professional experience for all candidates

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in competitive or high-growth industries
  • Strong ability to assess technical skillsets and competencies
  • Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Solid understanding of the technology landscape, roles, and skill requirements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting for AI, autonomous systems, or software engineering roles
  • Background in agency recruiting or hybrid (agency + in-house) environments
  • Experience using an ATS (e.g., Lever or similar) for pipeline management and reporting
  • Strong data-driven approach to recruiting metrics and strategy
