Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring managers in building high-performing teams, with a strong focus on PhD internship and New Grad engineering talent. This role will play a critical part in scaling early-career technical pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Top 3 Responsibilities

  • Full-Cycle Technical Recruiting: Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering roles, with a focus on PhD interns and New Grad talent, including sourcing, pipeline building, and offer management
  • Strategic Business Partnership: Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, advising on hiring strategies, talent market insights, and HR-related topics including compensation and benefits
  • Industry Expertise & Brand Promotion: Leverage deep knowledge of the technical talent landscape, target companies, and open-source communities to attract top talent and represent the organization at networking events and meetups

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for engineering roles, with emphasis on early-career talent (PhD and New Grad)
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines from scratch for high-priority hiring needs
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to align on hiring strategies and team goals
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on HR-related topics including compensation and benefits
  • Attend networking events, university engagements, and industry meetups to attract talent
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to reach niche technical talent pools
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across teams
  • Stay current on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging talent communities

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical recruiting experience
  • 1+ year of technical sourcing experience
  • Experience recruiting for engineering roles (early-career, PhD, or university recruiting preferred)
  • Experience in both agency and in-house recruiting environments
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Strong technical acumen and ability to engage with engineering talent
