Contract role, immediate joiners, Hyderabad locals only, 5‑7 years of experience, work from office with flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle tech hiring (Developers, DevOps, QA, Architects, PMs) – ~70 % of time
• Build pipelines via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AI tools
• Partner with hiring managers and close quality talent quickly
• Manage onboarding, HRIS, documentation & lifecycle operations – ~30 % of time
• Track hiring metrics and enhance candidate experience

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in tech hiring (product/IT roles)
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder‑management skills
• Exposure to .NET, Cloud, DevOps hiring
• Hands‑on experience with ATS and AI sourcing tools

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA
• Data‑driven mindset
