Technical Recruiter II (Tech Hiring + HR Ops) – Fintech Product
Contract role, immediate joiners, Hyderabad locals only, 5‑7 years of experience, work from office with flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Drive full‑cycle tech hiring (Developers, DevOps, QA, Architects, PMs) – ~70 % of time
- Build pipelines via LinkedIn, Naukri, GitHub, AI tools
- Partner with hiring managers and close quality talent quickly
- Manage onboarding, HRIS, documentation & lifecycle operations – ~30 % of time
- Track hiring metrics and enhance candidate experience
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in tech hiring (product/IT roles)
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder‑management skills
- Exposure to .NET, Cloud, DevOps hiring
- Hands‑on experience with ATS and AI sourcing tools
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA
- Data‑driven mindset
