Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting talent through generating recruitment plans to extending offers and onboarding for positions at all levels. This highly visible position will need to network and develop strong business relationships within the industry, as well as with senior management. This person will work with an existing HR team to develop recruiting excellence for the organization.
Essential Functions:
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, job portal, social media etc
Screen candidates resumes and job applications
Schedule interviews with panel, coordinate and collect feedback from them
Close positions within the given TAT
Cost optimisation (close position within the specified budget or lesser)
Develop and maintain network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates
Initiate and maintain contact with qualified candidates for specific job openings throughout recruitment and hiring process
Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an IT Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
2-4 years of experience working as a tech recruiter, should have managed and closed positions like .NET developer, Android developer, QA Engineer, Full Stack developer etc.
Will be required to work on 7-10 requirements at any given point in time
Expected to close 8-10 positions in a month
Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
