Technical Recruiter-Leadership Hiring

As a Leadership Hiring Specialist at Intellect Design Arena in Chennai, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for senior roles across various functions. Here is a breakdown of your role:

- Manage full-cycle hiring for VP, Director, and senior roles in Product, Delivery, Sales, Engineering, Architecture, and Marketing. - Execute targeted headhunting and market mapping strategies to identify and engage top leadership talent. - Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to define role expectations, candidate profiles, and sourcing strategy. - Maintain strong candidate pipelines through direct outreach, referrals, and talent intelligence. - Ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through onboarding. - Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including outreach messaging and leadership engagement. - Maintain accurate hiring metrics, dashboards, and progress reports using Excel and ATS tools. - Represent the company professionally in external talent forums and leadership networks.

To excel in this role, you should possess: - 4-7 years of experience, with at least 2 years in leadership hiring, preferably in BFSI, fintech, or enterprise tech organizations. - Strong headhunting and direct sourcing capability with a deep understanding of leadership roles across business and technology. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging with CXO-level candidates. - Proven ability in stakeholder management and influencing business decisions. - Proficiency in Excel and hiring dashboards; attention to detail in data and reporting. - A high ownership mindset; thriving in an individual contributor role with minimal supervision. - Passion for candidate experience and employer branding.
