Job Title: Technical Recruiter – Middle East Region

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Technical Recruiter to support hiring needs across the Middle East region. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and a strong understanding of Middle East hiring practices, compliance, and talent market trends.

Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles across Middle East countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.) • Ensure compliance with Middle East hiring regulations and documentation requirements • Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment (preferably Middle East hiring) • Strong experience in IT roles such SAP roles & Non SAP as developers, cloud engineers, DevOps, cybersecurity, etc. • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Gulf job portals • Good understanding of visa processes, labor laws, and hiring practices in the Middle East • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications • Experience working with clients or companies based in UAE/KSA/Qatar • Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment dashboards • Strong networking and talent mapping skills

Work Timings • Should be flexible to align with Middle East business hours.
