About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to help us identify and hire strong Software Engineers (Frontend, Backend, and Full Stack).
This is a results-focused role, and communication is a key part of it. You’ll be speaking directly with candidates, so we’re specifically looking for someone with native or near-native English fluency who can represent us professionally.
We care much more about quality than volume. The goal is to find the right people—not just send resumes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Sourcing software engineering candidates using LinkedIn and other channels
- Reaching out and engaging candidates in a clear, professional way
- Conducting initial screening calls to assess both technical alignment and communication skills
- Shortlisting candidates who truly match the requirements
- Sharing a small number of well-qualified candidates, along with brief notes (experience, strengths, compensation expectations, availability)
- Supporting coordination through early interview stages
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience recruiting software engineers
- Native or near-native English communication (this is important)
- Good understanding of modern tech stacks (React, Node.js, Python, etc.)
- Ability to evaluate candidate quality—not just keyword matching
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable working independently
