Our client, a prestigious recruitment consultancy, is looking for a highly effective and motivated Technical Recruiter to join their expanding team. This role is crucial in sourcing and identifying top-tier talent for a diverse range of technology-focused positions across various industries. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs and crafting compelling job descriptions to screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the offer process. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of the technology landscape, excellent networking and communication skills, and a proven ability to attract and engage passive and active candidates. Responsibilities: Partner closely with clients to thoroughly understand their hiring needs, company culture, and specific technical requirements for open positions. Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for challenging technical roles. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks, to identify potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical talent for current and future hiring needs. Manage the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Negotiate offers of employment and facilitate the onboarding process. Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in technical recruitment. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines. Identify and attend relevant industry events and meetups to expand networking opportunities. Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes and enhance efficiency. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy environment. Proven track record of successfully filling challenging technical roles (e.g., software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, cloud computing). In-depth knowledge of the technology industry and various technical domains. Expertise in utilizing various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search strings and social media recruiting. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong ability to build rapport and trust with both candidates and clients. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a remote, autonomous environment.
