Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy firm, is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Recruiter to join their expanding, fully remote team. This role is instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and placing top-tier IT and engineering talent for a diverse range of clients across various industries. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding client needs and defining job specifications to identifying, engaging, and qualifying candidates. This involves leveraging a variety of sourcing strategies, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct outreach, to build robust talent pipelines. You will conduct in-depth screening interviews, assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit, and present qualified candidates to clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of technology roles and skill sets, enabling you to effectively communicate with both technical candidates and hiring managers. Excellent negotiation and closing skills are essential to secure top talent. As a fully remote position, you must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, self-discipline, and the ability to manage your workload effectively without direct supervision. Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical for candidate engagement, client communication, and internal reporting. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools is required. You will work collaboratively with account managers and other members of the recruitment team, participating in virtual meetings and contributing to a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities: Manage full-cycle technical recruitment for various client organizations. Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for IT and engineering roles. Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines. Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain ongoing engagement. Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements. Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed assessments. Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools for candidate management. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment. Achieve and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role. Strong understanding of IT and engineering roles, technologies, and skill sets. Experience with various sourcing methodologies and recruitment tools. Excellent interviewing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using ATS and CRM software. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote setting. Strong negotiation and influencing skills. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Results-driven with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
