Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring top technical talent for both client and internal roles.
You should have hands-on experience recruiting for technical positions, a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Source, screen, and engage candidates for technical roles (e.g., Software Engineers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers)
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job requisition, sourcing, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team structures, and technical needs
• Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit
• Maintain accurate candidate data and job records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Promote the company’s employer brand across tech communities and social platforms
• Provide regular updates and recruitment metrics to HR leadership
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Strong understanding of software development roles, technologies, and frameworks
• Experience using ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and professional networks
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with HR tech tools and platforms
• Experience recruiting for remote or global technical teams
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦500,000.00 per month
