Responsibilities
- Source software engineers directly from the Golance platform
- Screen candidates based on provided technical requirements
- Maintain organized tracking of candidates and progress
Requirements
- Proven experience recruiting software engineers
- Hands-on experience sourcing talent on Golance platform
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
- Strong communication skills and availability in US CST timezone
Work Terms
- Upwork Time Tracker required (no manual time allowed)
- After Upwork offer, must collaborate via Slack
- Clear and consistent communication is required
