The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in **Contract-to-Hire (C2H)** hiring and hands-on experience working with **Big Four MNC clients**.Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the **end-to-end recruitment lifecycle** for domestic IT requirements. - Handle **C2H hiring mandates** with a robust focus on contract-to-permanent conversion. - Source niche and senior technical profiles using **LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals like Naukri**. - Work closely with delivery and account teams to understand technical requirements, project timelines, and client expectations. - Maintain high-quality candidate pipelines and ensure timely closures.

Mandatory Requirements

- **Experience:** 1- 8 years in **Domestic IT Recruitment**. - **Client Exposure:** Must have **prior experience working with Big Four MNC clients** (mandatory). - **Recruitment Model:** Strong expertise in **C2H staffing**. - **Geography:** **Only Domestic Recruitment experience is acceptable.
