Role Overview
You are a Technical Recruiter responsible for owning the complete recruitment lifecycle for product, engineering, and fleet ops roles at Dispatch Network. Your primary focus will be on candidate sourcing and screening, conducting initial interviews, and building talent pipelines to free up founder and hiring‑manager bandwidth spent on recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.
- Evaluate CVs and create shortlists for technical rounds
- Conduct initial screening calls and behavioral/culture‑fit interviews
- Maintain organized talent pipelines and engagement
- Manage ATS, job postings, and interview logistics
- Coordinate reference checks and background verification
- Represent Dispatch across tech communities and hiring networks
- Track recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑hire, conversion rates, and sourcing effectiveness
Qualifications Required
Must‑Have
- 46+ years of recruitment/TA experience with 2+ years in technical hiring
- Hands‑on sourcing expertise and technical fluency in backend systems, DevOps, ML/AI, and product roles
- Proven ability to screen CVs quickly and conduct structured interviews
- Experience with ATS platforms and full‑cycle recruitment
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Highly Valued
- Startup or high‑growth tech company experience
- Recruitment in India's tech ecosystem, specifically in top colleges and startup networks
- Experience in backend/systems or ML hiring
- Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or ops tech
- Metrics‑driven approach to sourcing optimization
