About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Screening and Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' technical skills and qualifications.
- Interviewing: Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' abilities and fit for specific roles.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and timelines.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Reporting: Track recruitment metrics, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 yrs Technical Recruiting Experience
- Working onsite from our local Oakville office. Working hours: 10am to 5pm.
