Our client, a rapidly growing recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Recruiter to join their fully remote team. This role is critical in sourcing, screening, and identifying top-tier talent for challenging technology roles across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in technical recruitment, a deep understanding of the tech landscape, and exceptional sourcing and assessment skills. You will be instrumental in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

Responsibilities: Source active and passive candidates for a wide range of technical roles, including software engineering, data science, cybersecurity, and IT operations. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber candidates. Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment plans. Manage the offer process, including negotiation and reference checks. Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Stay abreast of industry trends, market intelligence, and emerging technologies to inform recruitment strategies. Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent community building. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS. Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on pipeline status and hiring progress. Collaborate effectively with team members in a remote setting, sharing best practices and insights. Conduct market research to benchmark compensation and identify talent hotspots. Represent the company professionally in all candidate and client interactions. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or fast-paced RPO environment. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and placing candidates in hard-to-fill tech roles. Expertise in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, X-ray search, and social media recruiting. Strong understanding of different technology stacks, programming languages, and IT concepts. Excellent interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and thrive in a remote work environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Familiarity with the talent market in Yola, Adamawa, NG and surrounding regions is a plus.
