Technical Recruiter - Tech Specialization

Our client, a prominent recruitment consultancy renowned for its expertise in connecting top tech talent with leading organizations, is looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Recruiter to join their growing team in **Benin City, Edo, NG**. This role requires a sharp, proactive individual with a deep understanding of the technology landscape and a passion for identifying and attracting exceptional IT professionals. You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, direct sourcing) to screening, interviewing, and assessing their technical skills and cultural fit. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates is paramount. You will work closely with hiring managers at client companies to understand their specific technical needs and staffing challenges, providing expert advice and market insights. Developing creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for hard-to-fill roles will be a core part of your daily activities. This includes leveraging social media, professional networks, and attending industry events. You will also manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from application to offer. A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an agency or consultancy setting, is required. Demonstrable experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, and Cybersecurity Analysts is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. You should be highly organized, results-oriented, and possess a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
