What you’ll be responsible for

  • Managing and nurturing relationships with key client accounts
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding project needs and workforce plans
  • Delivering high‑volume recruitment across multiple technical verticals
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future project requirements
  • Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates with accuracy and speed
  • Prioritizing and organizing multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Providing market insights, talent availability updates, and recruitment strategy recommendations
  • Supporting business development through excellent delivery and client satisfaction

What you bring

  • 3–5 years of agency recruiting experience within engineering, EPC, or technical sectors
  • Proven success in account management and delivery‑focused recruitment
  • Strong sourcing skills and comfort with ATS, LinkedIn, and other tools
  • Experience handling high‑volume technical hiring
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hybrid environment

Salary

Base salary $60k–$80k, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.
