What you’ll be responsible for
- Managing and nurturing relationships with key client accounts
- Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, understanding project needs and workforce plans
- Delivering high‑volume recruitment across multiple technical verticals
- Building and maintaining strong talent pipelines for ongoing and future project requirements
- Screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates with accuracy and speed
- Prioritizing and organizing multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Providing market insights, talent availability updates, and recruitment strategy recommendations
- Supporting business development through excellent delivery and client satisfaction
What you bring
- 3–5 years of agency recruiting experience within engineering, EPC, or technical sectors
- Proven success in account management and delivery‑focused recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills and comfort with ATS, LinkedIn, and other tools
- Experience handling high‑volume technical hiring
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced hybrid environment
Salary
Base salary $60k–$80k, depending on experience, plus uncapped commission.
