Your Mission
- You will be responsible for the technical implementation and stable operation of our revenue system landscape.
- Your focus will be on CRM systems – especially HubSpot –, automations, integrations, and technical support within our go-to-market organization.
- You will ensure that our systems run reliably, business requirements are implemented sustainably, and manual efforts are reduced through smart automations.
- We are filling this position in Bremen/Remote (presence in the Bremen office depending on team and project needs, no travel required).
Your Responsibilities
- Technical responsibility for CRM, contract, and other revenue systems
- Administration and further development of HubSpot
- Implementation and maintenance of contract templates in DocuSign
- Development and implementation of low-code automations (e.g., with Make)
- Implementation of individual code solutions within the CRM environment (e.g., with Python)
- User, role, and permission management
- Interface function between business teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and our systems
What You Will Do Daily
- Record, analyze, and technically translate business requirements
- Implement requirements in our CRM and revenue systems
- Maintain and develop product, offer, and contract logic
- Conceive and implement automations, workflows, and integrations
- Technically map cross-system processes
- Solution-oriented processing of technical GTM tickets in 2nd level support
- Ensure system stability, data quality, and performance

Your Qualifications
- Completed studies in business administration, computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience with CRM and go-to-market systems
- In-depth experience in the technical administration of CRM systems (ideally HubSpot)
- Experience with automations, workflows, and data models
- Practical experience in implementing cross-system processes
- Experience in technical support of business systems
- Experience with low-code platforms (e.g., Make) and in implementing individual code solutions (preferably Python)
Your Track Record
- Demonstrable experience in the technical further development of CRM environments
- Successful implementation of automations to reduce manual effort
- Experience with integrations via APIs, webhooks, and structured data formats (e.g., JSON)
- Confident handling of contract and e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign)
- Stable and sustainable implementation of business requirements
Language Skills
- German: Fluent in spoken and written
