About the role
Position Overview:
The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating new business, managing customer relationships, and promoting our range of air compressors and related equipment. This role requires a proactive, customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of industrial equipment sales and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in assigned territories • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions • Present, demonstrate, and explain the features and benefits of air compressors and associated equipment to clients • Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales agreements accurately and timely • Assist customers with designing new compressed air systems • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in industrial equipment, machinery, or related fields • Strong technical understanding of air compressors, pneumatic systems, or mechanical equipment is a plus • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team • Valid driver’s license and good driving record • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Work Environment
