About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Leading technical support, customer service, commissioning, and repair operations
- Ensuring SLA compliance, fast response times, and high service quality
- Overseeing 24/7 standby support and defining operational response standards
- Managing quality control processes across manufacturing, testing, and field operations
- Driving fault analysis and ensuring continuous feedback to engineering/R&D
- Overseeing network commissioning, maintenance, and performance monitoring
- Managing repair workflows with a target 3-day turnaround time
- Implementing and improving departmental systems, policies, and procedures
- Ensuring accurate stock control, reporting, and risk management
- Leading training, skills development, and customer training programmes
- Managing reporting functions including weekly and EXCO-level reports
- Leading recruitment, performance management, and team development
Minimum Requirements
- Strong technical background in electronic systems and/or network infrastructure
- Proven experience in technical service management or senior operational leadership
- Experience in quality control, fault analysis, and process improvement
- Strong understanding of service operations and SLA-driven environments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
