zenon is our successful software platform. Developed for automation and digitalization projects as well as for the implementation of sustainability goals in production facilities. You've probably eaten or drunk something, taken medication, or seen a car manufactured with the help of zenon. Or perhaps your energy provider uses our software? It's quite possible that we've already been in indirect contact.

Responsibilities

• You help our customers from a wide variety of industries to solve their tricky technical challenges using 1st and 2nd level support.
• You design reference solutions and best-practice examples for customer requirements.
• You pass on your product knowledge to customers in the form of professional services, training, and workshops.
• You participate in national and international trade fairs and events.
• You contribute yourself and your expertise to the team.

Requirements

• Completed technical training (apprenticeship, HTL, university/FH, etc.) is an advantage.
• Professional experience in an IT-related environment or with software is an advantage, ideally in industrial and/or energy automation.
• Friendly and communicative manner as well as a strong team spirit.
• Customer-oriented thinking and acting as well as intercultural competence.
• Precise, independent, and structured way of working.
• Confident German & English, spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel.

For the position, classification according to the Trade Collective Agreement, employment group D, is intended. Of course, we offer market-standard overpayment depending on qualification and training.
