Job Description

We are seeking a skilled civil engineer or technician to lead the planning and execution of wind energy infrastructure projects, with a focus on technical delivery, on-time implementation, and procurement coordination.

Requirements

• A university degree in civil engineering, a technician qualification (m/f/d), or an equivalent qualification.
• Experience in civil works / earthworks and the ability to balance technical requirements with commercial considerations.
• Strong numerical sense, understanding of processes and technical interrelationships, and awareness of project workflows.
• CAD skills are advantageous; ideally some hands-on experience or willingness to learn technical software.
• Structured, independent work style with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Clear, solution-oriented communication within the team and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan the necessary infrastructure measures for new wind energy projects, focusing on technical feasibility and timely execution.
• Support on-site during the construction phase and monitor progress, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Independent management of the procurement of required infrastructure components through structured tender processes.
• Regular coordination with project management, external service providers, authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth information flow.
• Acquisition of land under route protection to actively support project development.
• Professional documentation of work results, including CAD programs.
