- Apply a data analyst mindset to evaluate integration performance, surface anomalies, and recommend improvements based on data evidence.
- Leverage and apply AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance solution quality, accelerate delivery, and solve client challenges more effectively.
- Collaborate with internal consultants and client project teams to deliver enterprise-level HCM solutions.
- Create and maintain comprehensive solution documentation, including design specifications, data dictionaries, and test plans.
- Manage and resolve integration issues in a timely and solution-oriented manner.
- Build strong, trust-based partnerships with clients by demonstrating technical depth and a proactive, can-do attitude.
Required Qualifications

- Strong data analyst mindset with demonstrated ability to interpret complex datasets, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative AI platforms, ML libraries, or AI-assisted development environments) and a genuine enthusiasm for expanding this knowledge and applying it on the job.
- Ability to quickly grasp business scenarios and understand the technology implications of client requirements.
- Solution-oriented approach with a proactive, “make it happen” attitude and the ability to work through ambiguity.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, clients, and deadlines concurrently.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Python, including experience with data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy) and scripting for integration or automation tasks.
- Hands-on experience with integration analysis and solution design across enterprise systems.
- Prior consulting or client-facing experience in an HCM or enterprise software environment.
- Experience with SQL and relational database concepts.
- Familiarity with UKG Pro, Dayforce, Workday, ADP, or similar HCM platforms.
