We’re looking for a technical and analytical individual to own the technical engagement of prospective clients throughout the sales cycle. As a Technical Solution Engineer, you will become part of our Go-To-Market organization and be accountable for regional revenue goals by driving innovative technical discussions with key prospects and overseeing day-to-day account-level activities. You will partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to guide customers through complex evaluations, demonstrating how Cyabra integrates into their workflows, enhances their decision infrastructure, and delivers measurable impact. Ultimately, you’ll have the unique opportunity to become a highly valued business partner and trusted advisor who plays a critical role in our sales process every single day.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Technical Advisory & Solution Architecture:
- Translate prospective client needs into tailored technical solutions, including API-driven workflows and data integration strategies.
- Design and present solution architectures that align with client systems, data environments, and decision-making processes.
Sales Support:
- Partner with Account Executives to lead the technical dimension of the sales cycle.
- Deliver high-impact product demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to real-world business outcomes
- Own technical validation processes, including POCs, pilots, and evaluations.
AI Tooling & Prompt Engineering:
- Leverage AI tools (LLMs, automation agents) to enhance workflows, analysis, and customer solutions.
- Design and optimize prompts to extract, structure, and operationalize insights from the Cyabra platform and AI systems.
Prospects Engagement:
- Engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand requirements and constraints.
- Communicate complex analytical concepts in a clear, structured, and persuasive manner, tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Feedback Loop:
- Act as a bridge between Sales, Product, and Engineering.
- Provide feedback on prospects needs, integration gaps, and product opportunities.
- Contribute to the evolution of Cyabra’s technical and go-to-market strategy.
Documentation Management:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, and reusable solution playbooks.
- Enable internal teams with reusable technical assets and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience in a technical sales role within the SaaS industry (is an advantage)
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and cloud-based architectures
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and integration patterns
- Ability to design effective LLM prompts and workflows to extract structured insights.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building solutions without predefined playbooks
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations.
