This is a full-time Technical Solutions Engineer role at Trusted Verifier located in Ikeja with flexibility. The Technical Solutions Engineer will be responsible for supporting the sales team and resolving complex technical issues related to the company's products and services. In addition, the role will require collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product, to ensure the timely resolution of customer issues and suggestions.

Responsibilities

• Supporting sales, gathering requirements for API integrations, managing API integration with customers, ensuring data encryption requirements are met and designing the technical infrastructure for payment sharing.
• Working very closely with the technical team of our partners and serving as the lead face‑off to them.
• Depending on your level of experience you will be required to serve as Technology Lead for this phase of the company’s growth and technical advisor to the leadership of the company.

Requirements

• Strong entrepreneurial drive, proactiveness, good problem solving skills and excellent time management.
• Technical skills to complement the expertise of the current team.
• Any experience selling to or engaging with implementing enterprise technology at large public (e.g. state and federal governments) and private (universities, professional organizations) institutions would be a bonus.

Compensation

• Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
