Technical Solutions Engineer Smart Metering (m/f/d) for an Energy Industry Company

Responsibilities

• Technical interface between the Austrian market and the internal organization
• Evaluation, interpretation, and application of Austrian legal and regulatory requirements
• Technical translation of customer requirements into suitable end-to-end solutions
• Close collaboration with internal teams to identify functional or technical gaps in the portfolio, and coordination with product management
• Technical support for sales in tenders and offers
• Independent implementation and support of pilot projects and test setups
• Technical presentation of the solution portfolio to customers, at trade fairs, and exhibitions
• Responsibility for the national approval of electricity meters and technical interface to the BEV

Requirements

• Completed technical training or studies in industrial engineering, technical sales, telecommunications, communications engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering
• Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience in the utility sector, understanding of customer needs and processes
• Passion for tackling new challenges and conceptualizing solutions
• Interest in consultative selling and sales skills in solution-oriented sales
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Talent for networking

For this position, a gross monthly salary on a full-time basis starting from € 3,500 EUR is planned. Overpayment is possible, depending on specific qualifications and experience.
