Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Strategy Project Manager to lead large-scale data and digital transformation initiatives for a leading enterprise client. This role requires a strong blend of project management, PMO leadership, stakeholder communication, and delivery oversight across multiple cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring successful program execution, governance, and alignment between business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise-wide data and digital transformation programs
• Own PMO governance, planning, execution, and status reporting
• Coordinate activities across data, engineering, and business teams
• Track project milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, and drive resolution
• Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, and decision materials
• Ensure delivery timelines, quality standards, and stakeholder expectations are met
• Communicate program updates clearly to leadership and key stakeholders

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Project / Program Management
• PMO leadership experience on complex initiatives
• Experience managing data or digital transformation programs
• Knowledge of data mapping, data profiling, data conversion, and testing
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
