We are looking for a Technical Strategy Project Manager with strong experience in Enterprise PMO, large-scale program management, and digital transformation initiatives. This role focuses on managing enterprise-level programs across multiple teams and ensuring smooth coordination between business, data, and technology groups.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling large transformation programs, managing multiple workstreams, executive communication, change management, and program governance in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale data and digital transformation programs
• Manage Enterprise PMO activities, planning, governance, and execution
• Coordinate across business, engineering, and data teams
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones
• Prepare and present executive-level status reports and updates
• Support change management and user adoption activities
• Ensure smooth communication between stakeholders and leadership
• Drive delivery planning across multiple parallel workstreams

Requirements

• Experience managing enterprise-level PMO programs
• Strong background in program/project management
• Experience with large transformation initiatives
• Knowledge of data transformation and migration concepts
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation skills
• Ability to work onsite in McLean, VA

Preferred Skills

• Financial services or mortgage industry experience
• Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments
• Experience with enterprise data platforms or cloud migration programs
• Consulting or strategy delivery background
