Overview

Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist at Aversan Inc. This is a Hybrid position.

Base pay range: CA$55,000.00/yr - CA$70,000.00/yr.

Responsibilities

  • Source and hire candidates for technical roles in hardware, software, and systems engineering.
  • Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future engineering roles.
  • Research and identify new sourcing channels, including niche engineering communities and industry-specific platforms.
  • Create and manage job postings across multiple job boards and the company website.
  • Maintain and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities align with company standards and compliance requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution.
  • Proven experience recruiting in safety-critical industries (e.g., aerospace, defence, automotive, medical devices).
  • Strong sourcing skills including Boolean search, networking, and online tools.
  • Familiarity with engineering disciplines such as Computer, Electrical, or Software Engineering.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ATS platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
