The role combines sourcing and full-cycle recruiting, with a strong focus on identifying niche technical talent, building robust pipelines, and performing detailed market mapping.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute technical sourcing and market mapping across specialized talent pools.
- Identify, engage, and develop candidate pipelines.
- Manage candidates and coordinate interviews effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure hiring success.
- Support recruiting processes, generate reports, and maintain operational workflows.
Required Qualifications
- Over 14 years of experience in technical recruiting and/or talent sourcing.
- Experience in supporting or recruiting for international roles preferred.
- Understanding of AI and automation opportunities in recruiting processes.
- Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques.
- Experience in capital markets, trading technology, or financial infrastructure is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and candidate pipeline management.
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
- Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
