Context

We are looking for a Technical Trainer & Validation Engineer to join the Operations department. The team ensures our products meet the highest standards and that deployment engineers are perfectly trained for smooth operations on client sites. You will collaborate with deployment engineers, integration engineers, product managers, and R&D teams to uncover potential weaknesses and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

Training

  • Provide highly technical training sessions on vehicles, software, processes, and logistics solutions developed by EasyMile.
  • Create and manage training content according to EasyMile products and partner needs.
  • Participate in the administration of the training activity and KPIs.
  • Contribute to improving training processes and means; specify, set up, and deploy new tools.

Validation

  • Define validation plans for autonomous vehicles and systems.
  • Plan and prioritize V&V test activities in collaboration with the team manager.
  • Conduct test campaigns to verify vehicle compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
  • Identify, report, and track anomalies; analyze and summarize results in test reports.
  • Prepare and execute external test campaigns (e.g., UTAC) for vehicles and components.
  • Transfer validation results to Safety, Product, Deployment, and Maintenance teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, methods, and tools.

Profile

Essential

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience analyzing and testing complex embedded systems.
  • Experience as a trainer in a technological field.
  • Common sense and ability to find practical solutions to complex problems.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and English.
  • Proactivity and continuous‑improvement mindset.

Desirable

  • Experience in robotics.
  • Experience programming embedded systems.
  • Experience in Windows development.
  • Experience with Linux command lines.
