Technical Writer

About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Technical Writer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. In this role, you’ll transform complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation that supports both internal teams and customers.

What You’ll Do

• Develop, write, and maintain operational, process, and release documentation
• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and translate technical information into user-friendly content
• Create multi-format deliverables for internal and external audiences
• Use advanced authoring and publishing tools (local and cloud-based)
• Manage documentation workflows from drafting through final publication
• Ensure all content meets documentation standards, QA guidelines, and governance policies
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to QA activities
• Apply structured writing techniques, navigation design, and usability best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of experience in software documentation
• Total experience: 4–6 years preferred
• Strong expertise in: Technical Writing & Documentation Strategy
• Strong expertise in: Content Review & Publication Processes
• Strong expertise in: Presentation & Delivery of Documentation
• Familiarity with Siebel CRM Technical System Administration (Windows & Unix) is a plus
• Exceptional written communication and grammar skills
• Ability to follow style guides, templates, and formatting standards
• Understanding of modern documentation usability concepts
