Technical Writer (Hybrid – Asheville, NC | 3 days onsite)

I’m working with a well-established manufacturing company in the Arden area that is looking to bring on a Technical Writer to support their engineering team. This facility has over 600 employees and plays a key role in developing advanced power systems used in modern energy and mobility applications.

This position will focus on creating detailed manuals and written instructions for complex machinery. You’ll work closely with engineers to learn how the equipment operates, then translate that into clear, user-friendly documentation. There will be a learning phase upfront, so someone who is naturally curious and comfortable diving into technical systems will do well here.

What they’re looking for:

• Experience creating technical manuals/documentation for equipment or machinery
• Familiarity with UL standards
• Background with power electronics, system integrators, or machine builders
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical information
