Technical Writer :

Job Summary:

Join a dynamic team where you will create and maintain process documentation that supports compliance with company and regulatory guidelines. This hybrid role requires a self-directed Technical Writer with a proficiency in developing standard operating procedures while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and play a crucial role in ensuring quality and clarity in internal documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write, edit, and maintain internal process documentation in compliance with company guidelines.
• Provide writing support to cross-functional teams adapting to new templates and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to document internal processes.
• Ensure adherence to Quality and Good Documentation Practice (GDP) guidelines.
• Act as a lead writer on projects and mentor other writers when necessary.

Must-Have Skills:

• 3-5+ years of writing/editing experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Visio.

Industry Experience:

Experience in medical devices or a regulated environment is required.
