Our client is building a modern cross‑border payments and financial infrastructure platform (exchange, clearing, messaging, digital currency) for banks and financial institutions. We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, structured documentation for both internal teams and external clients.

Profile Summary

  • 4–7 years of experience as a technical writer or similar documentation‑focused role
  • Strong experience writing documentation for software platforms, APIs, and complex technical products
  • Able to translate technical concepts (back‑end services, APIs, messaging, integration flows) into clear, concise content
  • Comfortable documenting REST APIs, data models, and integration guides for developers and technical stakeholders
  • Experience creating and maintaining product documentation, how‑to guides, release notes, and FAQs
  • Strong information architecture skills: structuring docs, navigation, versioning, and re‑use
  • Hands‑on with common documentation tools (Markdown, static site generators, Confluence, Notion, or similar)
  • Ability to collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and support teams to gather information and validate accuracy
  • Bonus: experience in fintech/payments, cross‑border transfers, ISO 20022/SWIFT, or B2B SaaS products

Languages and Location

  • Fluent English is a must (written and spoken)
  • Location: remote (with good overlap to EMEA/Middle East time zones preferred)
