We’re hiring: Technical Writer / Bid Writer (m/f/d)

Location: Essen | Hybrid flexibility

Are you a skilled writer with a knack for turning complex information into compelling, client-focused documents? We’re looking for a Technical Writer / Bid Writer to join our team and help us deliver winning proposals in the public sector.

Responsibilities

• Work with bid teams to create persuasive, professional proposals
• Translate technical and financial details into clear, engaging content
• Develop storyboards, case studies, and win themes that stand out
• Collaborate with designers to produce visually appealing documents
• Research and structure content to strengthen our submissions

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in bid writing, ideally in the public sector
• Strong writing skills – clear, persuasive, and accurate under pressure
• Structured, detail-oriented, and highly organised approach
• Proficiency in MS Office (Adobe is a plus)
• Excellent German language skills (C2 level required)
