Technical Writer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and meticulous Technical Writer to join our team, focusing on the documentation needs for our advanced robotics and research programs. This role is essential for transforming complex technical procedures, research findings, and operational protocols into clear, standardized, and accessible documentation. The ideal candidate will play a central part in defining how technical knowledge is structured and shared across.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in robotics, engineering, or scientific research environments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Experience creating and implementing documentation standards and structured content systems
• Proficiency with documentation tools, CMS platforms, and web content editing tools
• Strong editing skills and experience supporting formal or external publications
• Familiarity with engineering documentation, such as SOPs, test reports, and maintenance manuals
• Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science & Engineering, or a related field

Pay and Benefits

• Pay Range Minimum: $75,000 per year
• Pay Range Maximum: $116,000 per year
