We’re looking for a Project Leader to champion multiple procurement initiatives across our Trailer platform. In this role, you’ll guide cross-functional teams, transform sourcing plans into action, and drive productivity, quality, and operational excellence. You’ll keep projects moving, eliminate roadblocks, tackle challenges head‑on, and help us exceed our targets with smart, scalable solutions.

Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8-5 (some level of flexibility on exact hours here), in office Monday-Thursday with option to work remote on Fridays
What You’ll Do
Lead, Inspire, Deliver
- Drive procurement performance across productivity, risk mitigation, supplier quality, and on‑time delivery ensuring goals aren’t just met, but surpassed.
- Craft and execute negotiation strategies that balance cost, risk, supply continuity, and Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
- Own and execute sourcing strategies including RFx events, supplier communications, NPD support, escalations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Improve commodity productivity through tariff mitigation, value analysis, cost optimization, and supplier performance support.
- Monitor supplier health financial stability, capacity, quality, and compliance to protect our supply chain end‑to‑end.
- Manage multiple procurement projects using structured project management approaches to deliver results in productivity, NPD, VAVE, and sourcing transitions.
- Align commodity strategies with our Business Units, Engineering platforms, and Product Management teams closing the loop between strategy and execution.
- Assess and select suppliers who meet our quality, cost, and delivery standards, leveraging commercial insights and strong supplier relationships.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Operations, Engineering, or related field, with at least 1 year of relevant experience in procurement, engineering, quality, finance, or operations within a diversified industrial environment.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes both operationally and strategically.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills across cross-functional teams and supplier networks.
- Skilled in facilitating discussions, resolving conflicts, and managing ambiguity.
- A proactive problem solver who anticipates risks, leads root-cause analysis, and ensures corrective actions stick.
- Solid project management experience balancing short- and long-term goals, aligning diverse teams, and ensuring smooth execution.
- Independent thinker with excellent multitasking abilities, superb follow-through, and a knack for navigating complexity.
- Strong communication skills in English written, verbal, and interpersonal with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Experience in international sourcing and managing complex, cross-functional initiatives is a plus.
- Familiarity with lean practices, A3 methodology, supplier development, material management, or supplier quality is highly valuable.
- Experience with Oracle, financial month-end validation, and pricing negotiations is a plus.
- Willingness to travel up to 20%.

- This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.
