Responsibilities
- 2–4 years of experience as a Technical Writer
- A portfolio or writing samples demonstrating clear, structured, and user -friendly documentation across product guides, help centers, release notes, or technical content (academic qualifications are secondary — we evaluate based on writing quality and clarity)
- Proficiency with documentation and collaboration tools such as Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, or Markdown editors

- Immersing yourself in the documentation process — from research and interviews to drafting, iterating, and refining content.
- A curious mindset with a passion for learning and simplifying complex ideas.
- Ability to work across different content formats — from help center articles and tooltips to product walkthroughs and API documentation.
- Incorporating user feedback and testing outcomes to continuously improve content quality and usability.
- Collaborating closely with design, product, and engineering teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of documentation.
