Technical Writer (m/w/d)

About Us

For our development team in the Defence & Space division, we are looking for your clever mind for our Dresden location as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• You are the central point of contact for our development department for hardware and software regarding the creation, adaptation, and implementation of technical documentation.
• You take over the updating and further development of existing documentation and concepts in coordination with the responsible specialist colleagues.
• You check technical facts, implement legal and editorial requirements for technical documentation, and manage project-relevant documents.
• You independently create target group-oriented technical descriptions and graphics and support us in creating documentation for the certification and approval of our products.

Your Profile

• Successfully completed university studies in computer science or a comparable degree and corresponding professional experience
• Experience in creating technical descriptions, work instructions, or similar documents
• A high affinity for technology, enjoy analyzing complex technical contexts, and can present them simply and structurally
• Knowledge of Latex, XML, or another markup language is an advantage
• Basic programming experience and experience with modern development tools such as Jira or GitLab are desirable
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Knowledge of evaluation (CC) of software and systems is desirable, but not a prerequisite
