Technical Writer
Requirements:
- Mid-Level to Senior-Level amount of professional experience in Technical Writing
- Exemplary writing skills
- Expert level knowledge using MS Suite applications specifically Microsoft Word
- Proven knowledge and understanding of ServiceNow from a Writing perspective
- Experience working with Visio for creating written diagrams
- Critical thinking
- Collaboration
- Knowledge of IT
- Knowledge of IT asset management
- Ideally Financial Services industry experience or Banking
Responsibilities:
- The main responsibilities of the Technical Writer are to consolidate and harmonize procedural IT asset management (software/hardware documents)
- Therefore this Writer will be responsible for comparing existing procedural documents, noting differences, making recommendations to consolidate, gaining consensus, and creating a final consolidated/harmonized version.
