Are you an experienced Technical Writer who enjoys turning complex engineering information into clear, structured documentation? A leading Aerospace company is seeking an experienced Technical Publisher to join their growing team.

This organization designs and manufactures advanced composite structures and components used across the aerospace industry.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in aerospace technical publications, can interpret engineering drawings, and is comfortable collaborating directly with engineers. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, communication, and technical understanding are critical.

Technical Writer Responsibilities:

  • Develop Illustrated Parts Catalogs and Maintenance Manuals using engineering drawings and existing documentation
  • Collaborate with engineers to gather technical information and ensure documentation accuracy
  • Create technical illustrations including isometric, breakout, and exploded assembly views
  • Interpret engineering blueprints and CAD models to produce clear visual documentation
  • Review and proofread technical documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with aerospace standards

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8 am – 5 pm

Pay:

$90,000 - $115,000 annually

Technical Writer Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience creating Illustrated Parts Catalogs and Maintenance Manuals
  • Experience within commercial aerospace documentation standards such as ATA100
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings
  • Experience with CAD tools such as AutoCAD, Inventor, SolidWorks, or other 3D CAD systems
