Your Tasks

• You develop dynamic documentation that you continuously synchronize with the code and maintain it throughout its entire lifecycle.
• You create high-quality API references, CLI guides, how-to guides, tutorials, and documentation for complex reference architectures and best practices.
• You validate the correctness of the documentation through practical use of the assets and conduct user tests.
• You use generative AI to automate drafts, strategically curate the results, and are responsible for technical fact-checking and content compliance.
• You work in a multi-person expert team on the documentation infrastructure and are responsible for the further development of the existing Writing Style Guide.
• You strategically shape the content ecosystem and information architecture to ensure consistency and promote measurable business results.
• You enable product teams to take over the governance of their documentation areas.

Your Profile

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a comparable technical field with an IT focus.
• Ideally, professional experience in software development and cloud environments.
• Proficient in Markdown and HTML (Astro/MDX). You master Git and the Docs-as-Code workflow.
• You have basic knowledge of YAML and JSON and possess the ability to read code and quickly grasp complex cloud technologies.
• You know how to extract the necessary information directly from developers through active listening and precise questions.
• Excellent German and English skills, as well as the ability to present highly complex issues didactically and in a target-group-oriented manner.
• High initiative, team spirit, and the necessary adaptability to navigate confidently in an agile, fast-paced environment.
