VTG is on the lookout for a talented Technical Writer specializing in IT and Project Management.

What will you do?

We aim to find a skilled System Engineer to craft exceptional technical documentation for both internal stakeholders and external partners, particularly in the realm of offensive cyber operations. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of cyber threat operations, allowing them to simplify intricate technical concepts into clear and engaging documentation. Excellent writing and communication abilities are a must.

Basic Qualifications

• Write, manage, and track system requirements from sponsors, stakeholders, and end users.
• Collaborate closely with cyber threat operators, analysts, and engineers to gather information and ensure documentation is accurate and relevant.
• Assist in managing requirements, developing SOPs, drafting CONOPS, communication plans, and facilitating technical exchanges.
• Utilize enterprise tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint to evaluate and track requirements and share documentation.
• Support and maintain system documentation.
• Develop, implement, and document processes to support the operational life cycle.

Additional Qualifications

• Proven experience in technical writing, preferably in cybersecurity or similar fields.
• Solid understanding of cyber threat operations, including tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Experience with enterprise tools, specifically JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, etc.
• Experience with program documentation activities such as concept development, SOPs, system specifications, and technical exchanges.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• A demonstrated ability to apply diverse problem-solving strategies.
• A track record of breaking down complex scenarios into manageable documents that contribute to project and mission success.
• Experience in coordinating efforts across different organizational boundaries.
