Responsibilities

• Creation of Instructions for Use (Method Sheets, Short Method Sheets, and Notes) in English
• Procurement of necessary data from the relevant departments and preparation of this data, taking into account legal regulations, technical constraints, and internal guidelines
• Coordination of the review process for document content and activities until completion of the English master document
• Planning of completion deadlines and close collaboration with relevant internal interfaces
• Product range maintenance in the context of general change requirements and implementation of complex adjustments using the procedures described in the change management process
• Ensuring IVD-compliant documentation of all documents according to internal guidelines
• Acting as a Subject Matters Expert in new product launch projects
• Generation of associated method sheets and advising the project team on subject-specific issues

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a technical editor/Technical Writer
• Knowledge in the field of terminology
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Team spirit, organizational talent, and strong communication skills
• Structured and careful way of working
