For our client, a thyssenkrupp Group company in Bremen, we are currently seeking a Master Data Manager / Technical Master Data Specialist (m/f/d).

Responsibilities

• Independently reviewing, creating, and maintaining material master data in the ERP system as a prerequisite for material data management
• Pre-selecting spare parts in the ERP system for newly registered materials
• Reviewing CAD models for their suitability as the basis for illustrations in illustrated spare parts catalogs
• Working closely with Logistics Engineering and verifying the completeness, accuracy, and suitability of the analysis results for material data management
• Independently creating spare parts master lists in compliance with common specifications and guidelines
• Creating illustrations from CAD solid models, design, and construction documents according to general guidelines
• Preparing and conducting coordination meetings with internal departments and internal and external stakeholders within your area of responsibility
• Supporting the creation and review of material management-specific guidance documents

Qualifications

• Completed university degree with initial professional experience or technical vocational training with several years of professional experience related to material data management
• Good technical understanding
• Initial experience as a technical writer in marine logistics, as well as with the APart editorial software and in handling ASD specifications (S1000D and S2000M)
• Excellent knowledge of common MS Office applications and ERP systems
• A structured and independent work style as well as initiative
• Good communication and assertiveness skills, coupled with the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
• Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
