With your work, you lay the foundation for successful projects worldwide: Your documentation, knowledge bases, and configuration materials turn good solutions into great ones. And because stagnation isn't your thing, you continuously develop our processes and tools – actively shaping the future of our technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• You conceptualize, create, and maintain the technical documentation for our products and the LOXONE Config software.
• You bring our existing documentation structure to the next level.
• You continuously optimize our tools and systems towards efficiency, security, and usability.
• You seamlessly integrate documentation processes into existing development workflows.
• You work closely with product management, development, and technical support.

Profile

• You have completed training with a technical background (e.g., apprenticeship, HAK, HTL, FH/University).
• You can prepare complex technical content clearly, understandably, and target-group-oriented.
• You have a good feel for language, structure, layout, and design.
• Ideally, you have experience in technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing.
• Tools like Pimcore, Figma, WordPress, XML, or Git are familiar to you (advantageous).
• Knowledge of electrical engineering is a plus.
• You have very good written and spoken German and English skills.
• You work in a structured, self-reliant manner and quickly familiarize yourself with new topics.
