Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and understand technical information.
  • Perform analysis to understand the current state of the system
  • Write and edit technical documentation including knowledge articles and system documentation to reflect the current state
  • Organize and present information in a structured and easily digestible format for various audiences.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all documentation.
  • Update existing documentation to reflect changes in technology, products, or processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of information technology concepts, systems, and processes.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Previous exposure to Ruby on Rails frameworks is a major plus
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

Education and Experience

Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree, 2+ years of experience
