Pulse Labs is hiring a Technical Writer/Trainer for a 6-month remote contract. Join a leader in UX research, backed by Google and Amazon, to craft engaging documentation and training materials.

As a Technical Writer/Trainer at Pulse Labs, you will play a critical role in enhancing our knowledge base. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with 2+ years of experience in technical writing or training. You will create both participant-facing documentation and internal help content, as well as design training initiatives to onboard new team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop participant and client-facing help documentation
• Create internal knowledge articles and process guides
• Ensure help content updates align with platform changes
• Partner with Product and Engineering for documentation accuracy
• Manage documentation projects end-to-end in timely fashion

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years in technical writing, training, or similar roles
• Strong communication skills for diverse audiences
• Proficiency in productivity tools like Google Suite
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently
