Responsibilities

• Create and write high‑quality RFP/RFI/proposal responses and supporting documents
• Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and customer‑friendly content
• Collaborate with sales, product, and technical teams to gather required information
• Maintain and update proposal content libraries and templates
• Develop technical documentation such as product overviews, feature descriptions, technical FAQs, and process documentation
• Ensure consistency in tone, terminology, and branding across all documents
• Manage timelines and deliverables independently

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Proposal Writer, or similar role
• Proven experience with RFP/RFI or proposal writing
• Strong understanding of technology or SaaS products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Tech‑savvy and eager to learn new tools and products

Nice to Have

• Experience working in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software
• Familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., Loopio, RFPIO)
• Basic understanding of AI, automation, or cloud technologies
